Fair Use Policy

Our goal at Synap is to provide a high-value, reliable service to all our users. This Fair Use Policy (FUP) ensures that the service remains stable and fast for everyone.

1. AI Agent Interactions

All our plans (Explorer, Business, and Enterprise) come with a generous number of AI interactions per agent, per month. For our standard SaaS plans, this is detailed on our pricing page (e.g., 500 free interactions per agent, per month).

We monitor interaction usage to ensure system stability. We reserve the right to apply rate limiting or investigate accounts that exhibit usage patterns consistent with abuse, such as:

Automated, high-velocity bot activity (e.g., thousands of queries per minute).
Using the service for commercial resale without an Enterprise agreement.
Any activity that threatens the stability of the platform for other users.

For users with extremely high, legitimate usage, we strongly recommend our **Enterprise Partnership**, which provides dedicated resources and unlimited use.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Synap's services to create, store, or process any content that:

Is illegal under Australian law.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Constitutes harassment, abuse, or threats.
Is designed to generate spam, malware, or phishing content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of this policy.
