Our "Private Chat Tool" allows you to upload documents ("Your Data") to train AI agents. This data is and remains your property. We will only use this data to provide the service to you and will not use it to train other models outside of your private account.
c. Usage Data
We automatically collect information your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps (as stored in our `webLog` table).
2. Data Storage and Sovereignty
All data you provide, including personal information and your uploaded documents, is stored and processed exclusively on servers located within Australia.
Your data will not be transferred, stored, or processed outside of Australia, ensuring your compliance with Australian data sovereignty and privacy regulations.
