AI-augmented development means our engineers use AI coding assistants throughout design, implementation, testing, and review. Both options are available. By default we host on Australian infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform australia-southeast1 region) so all data stays in Australia under local privacy laws. We can also deploy to your own AWS, Azure, or on-premise infrastructure if you prefer. Hosting and ongoing maintenance can be bundled into a monthly support retainer or handled in-house by your team after handover.

You own all custom code we write for you, in full. There is no licence fee, no recurring royalty on the code itself, and no lock-in to Synap AI for ongoing development. We hand over the complete codebase, infrastructure configuration, and documentation. You're free to maintain it in-house, hand it to another developer, or keep us on retainer — whichever suits your business.

Yes. Most custom software projects involve integrating with existing tools. We regularly integrate with Xero, MYOB, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Cliniko, Calendly, Cal.com, Slack, Mailchimp, Mailgun, Twilio, Zapier, n8n, and any system that exposes a REST or GraphQL API. If your system has an API, we can integrate with it.
